Time Stopper

Time Stopper is a weapon from Mega Man 2. It is my 3rd favorite Mega Man weapon. (Yeah, I have a top 10)

About Time Stopper:

Time Stopper stops time (http://i0.kym-cdn.com/entries/icons/original/000/007/666/_57c8a1a431a592af806925e57258202f.png) and it is very effective. You can only use it once before needing to recharge energy, and you can't shoot while time is stopped, but god does it feel satisfying. You get it from Flash Man.

Time Stopper and Mega Man 2 Bosses

All bosses are immune to Time Stopper except Quick Man, who gets half of his health cut by it.

After Dr. Wily created Flash Man, he put devices in each of the other robot masters that would make them immune to the Time Stopper. But there was a flaw in Quick Mans. Lol
